Remarks by Ron McGuire, Taffy Sourov, and Khalil Vasquez at CCNY Hearing 11/22/13

Speeches from Tafadar, Khalil and their attorney the veteran of the Open admissions strike in 1969 Ron McGuire, at the academic hearing November 22, 2013; due to their suspension regarding the protests against the illegal seizure of the Morales/Shakur Center.

McGuire schools on the history of CUNY, and the struggle of oppressed people for CUNY. He then goes on to expose the repressive state that the RSCC is fighting against.

Mobilize for Khalil and Taffy’s First Court Appearance Tomorrow!

Khalil and Taffy turned themselves in this morning and will spend the next 24 hours in jail. 

We are mobilizing for an 8:45 AM press conference tomorrow at the Manhattan Criminal Court, 100 Centre Street. We will go inside at 9:30 AM for Khalil and Taffy’s first court appearance in Arraignment Part AR1 or AR2.
